Shipping Policy

Republic of Ireland Standard delivery is €5.95. Orders are delivered the next working day via An Post. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for next working day delivery.

Northern Ireland Standard delivery is €6.50. Orders are delivered the next working day via DPD. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for next working day delivery.

United Kingdom Standard delivery is €10.50. Orders are delivered within 2 working days via DPD. Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for next working day delivery.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after [cut-off time] or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at online@ultrapurelabs.ie and we'll investigate with the carrier.
