This role is dedicated to maximising the value of our SAP ERP system
(SAP) and spearheading the integration of a robust e-commerce ecosystem.
You will own and optimise our digital workflows, ensuring
that our factory operations, supply chain, and online sales channels function as a single, seamless, data-driven entity. A key focus of this role is
leveraging digital platforms and automation to drive measurable e-commerce sales growth, from product visibility and stock accuracy through to
fulfillment speed and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow into and act as the internal hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our ERP platform, ensuring all modules (Production, Inventory, Finance) are fully
utilised to drive operational excellence. - Collaborate with and manage our ERP provider to develop and automate real-time production and operational features, automations, and KPIs, delivering live data dashboards directly to the Managing Director. - Lead the technical integration between the ERP system and our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to ensure real-time synchronisation of stock levels,

- Optimise the digital customer journey, ensuring backend logistics, order management systems, and fulfilment processes are responsive, accurate, and friction-free.
- Implement data-driven enhancements that directly support online revenue growth, including automated merchandising rules, improved stock accuracy, and fulfilment-speed reporting.
- Transition all inventory management, from bulk raw materials to finished goods, into a fully automated, sensor-driven environment.
- Implement digital procurement workflows using ERP data to evaluate supplier performance,
lead times, and pricing trends. - Digitise label and packaging stock control with automated reorder points, eliminating
production delays caused by manual counting errors. - Work with our Quality function to replace paper-based records with digital logs to maintain compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
- Oversee the digital documentation of
all outbound logistics, ensuring 100% accuracy in automated shipping manifests and compliance paperwork.
