To Support Muscle Recovery & Relaxation:
Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of Dead Sea Salt into a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes.
To Soothe Sore, Tired Feet:
Sprinkle a handful of Dead Sea Salt into a foot spa and soak feet for 10-15 minutes. Pat feet dry and apply a luxurious and highly moisturising foot cream such as Ultrapure Pure Coconut Oil. Your feet will thank you!
For Glowing Skin:
Mix 1-2 handfuls of Dead Sea Salt with a few drops of Ultrapure Olive Oil. Use this mixture to cleanse, exfoliate and gently remove dry skin patches, or stubborn fake tan
