DIRECTIONS:
Apply liberally onto the required area and massage well into clean and dry skin. Focus mainly on muscles and joints avoiding delicate areas, such as the eyes. This product is not a shower gel. Apply the gel and leave it to absorb into the skin for a minimum of 2 hours. Suitable for use by children aged 7 years +.
